  I wouldn't step into this place even if I was on my last breath. When i waked in to the reception on Tuesday 4th July there was no one in the waiting area as the last patient was called by the doctor. The receptionist advice the next available appointment will be next day 12.30pm. I understand if the place was packed with patients ..there was no one their and the lady dr could have seen me next.

  Be prepared to wait for more than an hour even if you have an prebooked appointment. Drs are always running late.

  The receptionist is very rude and careless, she even spelled the patient's name wrong while I showed her my medicare card and spelled for her. She complaint about us for booking the after hours appointments because she cannot go home early. She treats patients like garbage.

  My family is seeing Dr Seghol for years , since her old practice at North Rocks, she is a very good Doctor and takes care , yes appoitments run late at times , like in other practices , remember is whorth waiting if you trust your doctor . The practice could schedule better is always room for improvement , The recepcionist has been always cordial when I visited .
